STAGE ONE: Connect with us Contact Manpower Professional, via e-mail, the phone, fax or by submitting a job specification. We can arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements further or work with you however you wish. STAGE TWO: Optimizing Selection We will match the unique profile of your job with our database and forward you CVs of all candidates who match your specific requirements. But we don’t stop there – we want to ensure that you have the best recruitment solution. We place your job on our website as well as strategically on job boards, and if necessary we advertise through the printed media. We can guarantee that your job will reach an optimum number of active jobseekers. STAGE THREE: Recommendation Having assessed all of the suitable applicants, we recommend a number of candidates who we feel will fit into your company environment, and who have the skill and tenacity to do the job. We will send you their full CV and brief you about them, based on the results from our own interview procedure. STAGE FOUR: Evaluating the Finest It is then for you to decide who and how many of the applicants you would like to see. Your Manpower Professional consultant will be able to work along side you, offering continued support. We will then arrange interviews and liaise with the candidates. We can also brief them to your organisation if you wish. Manpower Professional sees your recruitment solution as a 2-way process, and so we endeavour to match client needs with individuals' aspirations. This involves obtaining detailed feedback from all parties. Your personal Manpower Professional consultant will then work with you over what course of action you take next, whether it is a second interview, refining your person specific profile or offering a job to one of our applicants immediately. STAGE FIVE: Support through to Conclusion As soon as you have decided upon your chosen applicant, we will work with you to negotiate the package. We will ensure that whilst the candidates expectations are optimised, we work within your perimeters. We will then liaise with the candidate to ensure transition into the new organisation is swift and smooth.
